[ES] La indagaci?n presenta una comparaci?n de los posibles m?todos de ense?anza de la lengua escrita que subyacen a las actividades realizadas en las aulas de Educaci?n Infantil. Los datos se han recogido en los dos colegios en que la autora ha realizado el Pr?cticum I y el Pr?cticum II. Se han registrado a trav?s de observaci?n participante y se han categorizado en un ?rbol de indizaci?n, que se ha utilizado como instrumento de an?lisis siguiendo procedimientos de metodolog?a cualitativa. Los resultados muestran que en el primer colegio predominan los m?todos sint?ticos, en el segundo los m?todos anal?ticos y los m?todos mixtos no se han practicado en ninguno de los dos. Dichos resultados han de interpretarse con cautela, puesto que existen muchas variables determinantes del uso de una u otra metodolog?a y que no han podido ser controladas en esta ocasi?n

[EN] The research presents a comparison of the possible methods of teaching written language that underlie the activities carried out in Early Childhood Education classrooms. The data have been collected in the two schools where the author has carried out her Practicum I and Practicum II. They were recorded through participant observation and categorized in an indexing tree, which was used as an instrument of analysis following qualitative methodology procedures. The results show that synthetic methods predominated in the first school, analytical methods in the second, and mixed methods were not practiced in either school. These results should be interpreted with caution, since there are many variables that determine the use of one or the other methodology and that could not be controlled on this occasion
