Sobre la base ofrecida por los tratados de literatura notarial de la ?poca, la finalidad del presente estudio ser? proporcionar el an?lisis de dos tipolog?as documentales notariales, el testamento y la donaci?n, estrechamente relacionadas entre s?, durante la primera mitad del siglo XVI, etapa de reinado de Carlos I. De esta forma, el an?lisis diplom?tico acompa?ar? a la revisi?n hist?rica de los antecedentes legales de cada modelo y la comparativa con lo que sobre los mismos aportan los diversos formularios y tratados. El corpus documental ?del que se han entresacado los siete ejemplares documentales analizados diplom?ticamente? corresponde a la secci?n de protocolos del Archivo Hist?rico Provincial de M?laga, ciudad incorporada a la Corona castellana en 1487, cuyos escribanos p?blicos se plegaron desde los inicios la pr?ctica notarial consolidada desde el siglo XIII en el solar hisp?nico

Based on treatises of notarial literature from that time, this research's purpose is to analyze two types of notarial documents, testaments and donations, closely related to each other, during the first half of the XVIth century, ages of Carlos I's reign. Diplomatic analysis will join the historical review of legal records of each model and the comparative between what they contribute and the different forms and treaties. The documentary corpus ?from wich the seven analysed documents have been pick out? belongs to the protocols section from the Archivo Hist?rico Provincial de M?laga, city added to Castile in 1487 and whose public notaries folded from the beginning to the consolidated notarial practice existing since XIIIth century in the Hispanic lot
