Authors: Pérez Blázquez, Patricia;

Acceso a la abogac?a

Abstract

[EN] The present dissertation aims to study the legal profession as an object, being this a fundamental pillar of the Constitutional state. It is focused on analyzing and commenting the new regulation of the access to the above mentioned profession established in the Law 34/2006, of October 30th, and its Regulation of development, approved by RD 775/2011, of June 3rd, by which apart from needing a Master or a Degree in Law, you also need the Professional Attorney's License. This can be obtained studying additional training, which consists of three stages: a training course, a period internship outside and a final test proving the professional training. Finally, to be able to work as an attorney, it is necessary to become a member of a bar association, and a big part of this dissertation is focused on this process.
