Teor?a y pr?ctica de la reescritura filmoliteraria (A prop?sito de las reescrituras de "The Turn of the Screw")

Abstract

The Turn of the Screw".

[EN] This long essay provides a theory for the transference of literary texts to the screen. In so doing, it takes as a point of departure Genette's ideas on transtextuality, it replaces the concept of adaptation by that of rewriting, and it builds a theoretical framework by means of the practical analysis of both literary and film rewrites of Henry James's classic ghost story, "The Turn of the Screw".
