Abstract

Estudio acerca de las opiniones que los teóricos y preceptistas del siglo XIX manifestaron acerca del teatro español del Siglo de Oro. Se ofrece, de un lado, una revisión de los textos de los personajes más relevantes de la centuria y, de otro, un pormenorizado estudio de las diversas perspectivas de acercamiento y utilización del pasado literario que se realizaron durante el siglo XIX.
