Abstract

Ayant essayé le pouvoir inhibitif de la stymolycine, sur les cultures in vitro de deux souches de T. gambiense, en milieu de Weiman, modifié par Henraard et Peel, les auteurs ont constate que l’antibiotique se montre actif jusqu’à la concentration de 2µgr/ml.

Having evaluated the inhibiting power of Stylomycin on the in vitro cultures of two strains of T. gambiense, on Henraard and Peel’s modification of Weiman’s medium, the authors have found the antibiotic to be active until the concentration of 2µgr/ml.

Experimentando o poder inibidor da estilomicina, nas culturas in vitro de duas estirpes de T. Gambiense, no meio de weiman, modificado por Henraard e Peel, os autores verificaram que o antibiótico é eficaz até à concentração de 2µgr/ml.
