Abstract

The respective A.A. have verified, that Newcastle Diseases virus has a cytopathogenic action upon "HeLA" and normal human liver cells, held in subcultures (according to Syverton and Chang). The A. A. give a description of the respective methods which have been action was due to the multiplication of the virus, i. e., neutralisation of the action in subcultures and renewed experiences on susceptible animals.
