Abstract

Foreign language learning, as a science, is closely linked to pragmatic goals from the outset, and everyone learns a foreign language in order to be able to communicate without barriers with native speakers. But a good command of vocabulary and grammatical rules is not enough for this; the most impo rtant thing is for the learner to understand the cultural and social context underlying the language. Literary texts are the most localized and culturally and socially informed part of the language system and have been included in the study of foreign lang uages since the beginning of their development as a discipline. However, due to the complexity of literary texts and the vastness of the knowledge system behind them, learning literary texts in a foreign language is not only a major challenge for students learning the foreign language for the first time, but it is also not easy for teachers to teach. Since most Chinese students of Portuguese start learning Portuguese at university and since the main teaching tasks are carried out by Chinese teachers, there are many problems with the teaching of literary texts in Portuguese in the degree courses of Chin ese universities, and we hope to be able to identify these problems and try to find solutions to them, so that the teaching of Portuguese in Chinese universities can be more advanced.

A aprendizagem de línguas estrangeiras, enquanto ciência, está intimamente ligada a objetivos pragmáticos, e todos aprendem uma língua estrangeira para poderem comunicar sem barreiras com falantes nativos. Mas, para tal, não basta um bom domínio do vocabulário e das regras gramaticais; o mais importante é que o aprendente compreenda o contexto cultural e social. Os textos literários são a parte mais localizada e cultural e socialmente informada do sistema linguístico, tendo sido incluídos no estudo das línguas estrangeiras desde o início do seu desenvolvimento como disciplina. No entanto, devido à complexidade dos textos literários e à vastidão do sistema de conhecimentos correspondente, a aprendizagem de textos literários numa língua estrangeira não só constitui um grande desafio para os alunos que aprendem pela primeira vez esta língua estrangeira, como também o seu ensino não é fácil para os professores. Uma vez que a maioria dos alunos chineses de português começa a aprender o português na universidade e que as principais tarefas de ensino são desempenhadas por professores chineses, existem muitos problemas com o ensino de textos literários em português nos cursos de licenciatura das universidades chinesas. Esperamos poder identificar esses problemas e tentar encontrar algumas soluções para eles.
