Abstract

A Literatura Infanto-Juvenil tem vindo a assumir um papel cada vez mais relevante na nossa sociedade, dada a sua importância para o desenvolvimento harmonioso da criança. O conto tem sido assim, ao longo dos tempos, uma das modalidades genológicas mais trabalhadas por Educadores de Infância e Professores do 1º CEB. A sua abordagem tem aumentado, pois valoriza a da transmissão de valores de geração em geração. De igual modo, a sua qualidade tem-se afirmado progressiva e exponencialmente, o que faz com que as crianças os ouçam ou leiam e os adultos valorizem cada vez mais a sua utilização na educação para os valores da família e da comunidade. O conto ajuda a crescer e a sonhar, ensinando e deleitando crianças e adultos desde sempre. Dada a sua importância crescente, cada vez mais escritores se têm dedicado ao público infanto-juvenil, dando asas à sua imaginação. Este estudo dirige-se à análise de alguns textos recuperados da tradição oral e à reinvenção literária desses mesmos contos por Alice Vieira, cujo legado, de valor inquestionável, se encontra repleto de magia e com um discurso formalmente marcado, diferente das versões do povo. Foram, assim, analisados, sob uma perspectiva semiótica e simbólica, os contos: A Bela Moura; Fita, Pente e Espelho; Desanda Cacete e A Adivinha do Rei, presentes na obra Histórias Tradicionais Portuguesas. A componente prática do trabalho decorreu nos Jardins de Infância das Árvores, no centro de Vila Real, e de Gravelos e Vila Seca, na zona rural do concelho. Foi objectivo deste item do estudo verificar se as características dos grupos e o seu contexto geográfico condicionavam a percepção das crianças aos contos apresentados. Os resultados permitiram constatar que, na generalidade, a localização não condiciona os resultados obtidos. Indiscutivelmente, os contos permitem transmitir mensagens e valores a uma colectividade alargada, ainda que com identificações projectivas específicas.

Children’s Literature has been assuming an increasingly important role in our society, given its importance to their harmonious development. Over time, the tale has been one of the most important tools for kindergarten teachers and elementary school teachers. Its importance has increased since appreciates the importance of transmitting values from generation to generation. Also the quality has increased exponentially and it has been used for the transmission of their community values. The tales helps you grow and dream, educating and delighting children and adults. Given its increasing importance, more and more writers are dedicated to children and youth, giving wings to your imagination. This study was restricted to the analysis of some works of Alice Vieira, whose legacy is full of magic. The following tales were analyzed under the aspect of semiotic and symbolic: A Bela Moura; Fita, Pente e Espelho; Desanda Cacete and A Adivinha do Rei presented in the Traditional Portuguese stories collection. The practical work took place on Kindergartens of Árvores, located in the center of Vila Real, Gravelos and Vila Seca, in the rural county. It was attempted to study whether the characteristics of groups and their geographical context conditioned the perception of children to the presented stories. The obtained results indicated that, overall, the location does not prejudge the results. Arguably the tales can transmit messages and values.
