Los rasgos secundarios de dureza emocional en población infantojuvenil

Abstract

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo analizar las características de los rasgos de dureza emocional (DE) secundarios en población infantojuvenil, así como sus principales correlatos. Para ello, se llevó a cabo una revisión sistemática de estudios empíricos, considerando aspectos metodológicos como el tipo de diseño, las características muestrales, los instrumentos de evaluación y las variables asociadas. Los hallazgos principales indican que los rasgos de DE secundarios se asocian con elevados niveles de desregulación emocional, dificultades en el procesamiento afectivo, experiencias tempranas adversas y estilos parentales disfuncionales. Asimismo, se evidencia una notable heterogeneidad conceptual y evaluativa en la literatura, lo que pone de relieve la necesidad de avanzar hacia un marco teórico y metodológico más unificado. A partir de estos resultados, y con el objetivo de contribuir al desarrollo de intervenciones más específicas, se presenta una propuesta adaptada de la terapia PCIT-CU dirigida a niños con rasgos de DE secundarios, estructurada en tres módulos y centrada fundamentalmente en el entrenamiento parental y el desarrollo emocional
