Balanceamento de linhas de Montagem de Modelos Mistos

Abstract

The present work presents an approach of several methods that help in the solution of balancing problems in the assembly line of mixed models. In the initial chapters, a description of the problems associated in the balancing of assembly lines is made, then the problems of balancing associated in the assembly line of the mixed models, taking into account the different aspects that these can take. This study aims to propose an approach of different methods and heuristics that help to solve balancing problems in the assembly line of mixed models. In sequence, some approaches that can be used in solving mixed model balancing problems are presented, such as: The combined method of precedence diagrams, this method allowed to combine the different types of product models from the matrices generated in different models of product in a single precedence diagram. Thus, models based on programming theory were used, with the aim of automating the optimal obtainment of the matrices of the different models, thus generating the optimal combined diagram. Another approach used was the task processing time adjustment method. This approach allowed to determine or group the tasks as a function of the average time of different tasks in more than two models, thus generating a single precedence diagram. The heuristics considered for solving problems of this nature were: Rule of average processing time of operations, heuristics of positional weights and heuristics of the COMSOAL method. Thus, the present study sought to relate the possible methods that allow the resolution of balancing problems in mixed-model assembly lines.
