Abstract

O presente relatório apresenta as atividades desenvolvidas no âmbito de estágio curricular do Mestrado em Ciências da Educação na Faculdade de Psicologia e Ciências da Educação, da Universidade de Coimbra. O referido estágio decorreu no ano letivo 2018/2019 no organismo Inspeção-Geral da Educação e Ciência (IGEC), apresentando como objetivo principal observar e analisar o modo como a avaliação educacional funciona no contexto do respetivo organismo.Com vista a enriquecer o relatório, aprofundamos o conhecimento sobre a atualidade em educação, tendo sido feito o enquadramento quer normativo-legal quer concetual acerca do Projeto de Autonomia e Flexibilidade Curricular (PAFC) desenvolvido recentemente nas escolas/agrupamentos de escolas.As principais atividades desenvolvidas na Inspeção-Geral de Educação e Ciência (IGEC) voltaram-se para a verificação das funções e metodologias utilizadas pelo respetivo organismo, como as atividades de controlo, mais especificamente Organização do Ano Letivo, e a atividade de Acompanhamento, com o Acompanhamento da Ação Educativa. Integrando também as atividades realizadas na IGEC, estão as reflexões acerca de notícias de ordem atual que envolveram a educação, destacando-se as questões relacionadas com as retenções, os rankings internacionais, e a análise feita à nova legislação, mais concretamente ao decreto-lei n.º 55/2018, sobre o PAFC. Daí surgiu o projeto de investigação, que teve como objetivo conhecer a forma de implementação do PAFC em dois agrupamentos de escolas da região Centro, utilizando para isso a técnica de entrevista semiestruturada aplicada aos diretores respetivos dos agrupamentos.

This report presents the activities developed within the curricular internship of the Master of Educational Sciences at the Faculty of Psychology and Educational Sciences, University of Coimbra. This internship took place in the academic year 2018/2019 at The General Inspectorate of Education and Science (IGEC), presenting as main objective to observe and analyze the way the educational evaluation works in the context of the respective organism. With a view to enriching the report, to deepen the knowledge on the present day in the education, having been made the normative legal and conceptual framework about the Project of Autonomy and Curricular Flexibility (PAFC) recently developed in the schools/schools clusters. The main activities performed at the General Inspectorate of Education and Science (IGEC) were to verify the functions and methods used by the respective organism, such as the Control activities, School Year Organization and the Monitoring activity, with the Monitoring of the Educational Action. Also integrating the activities carried out in IGEC, they are reflecting the current news involving education, highlighting them as issues related to retention, international classifications, and the analysis made in new legislation, specifically Decree No. 55/2018, about the PAFC. From this came the research project, which aimed to know how to implement PAFC in two school clusters in the Center region, using the semi-structured interview technique applied to the respective principals of the clusters.
