Abstract

Aquilo que aqui se propõe é, precisamente, um confronto entre a medialidade da imagem e o simbólico do mito. Esta intenção deixa-se traduzir nas seguintes questões: o que é que distingue a medialidade simbólica da imagem no mito de outras formas culturais que a imagem assume?; e no âmbito da sua esfera colectiva, o que é que a torna um instrumento simbólico de transmissão de crenças?
