Abstract

O presente trabalho teve como objetivos melhorar e uniformizar os métodos de inspeção da qualidade por parte dos colaboradores da A.Henriques II. Na fase inicial, o processo de inspeção foi analisado através de estudos R&R, focando-se apenas numa só referência. Os resultados obtidos, tal como esperado, foram negativos, motivando assim a elaboração deste projeto. Inicialmente apenas um dos colaboradores apresentou capacidades de inspecionar a referência tal como pretendido. Para alcançar os objetivos traçados, foram implementadas algumas estratégias, tais como: um método de inspeção, que teve por base a formação dada a colaboradores, de modo a que esta se tornasse mais eficaz no centro de operações. O resultado foi a criação de tabelas de amostras padrão cujos colaboradores têm acesso quando inspecionam a peça em questão. Após a fase de formação, repetiu-se o mesmo estudo feito anteriormente para quantificar a melhoria obtida. Sendo que catorze colaboradores ficaram habilitados a inspecionar esta referência. Outra estratégia, ainda focada na inspeção desta referência, foi alterar o fluxograma de todo o processo, implementando uma inspeção a 100 % na produção, sendo que anteriormente apenas era feita inspeção de hora a hora. Isto permitiu aumentar a qualidade da inspeção e ainda reduzir desperdícios na produção.Durante a elaboração deste projeto, o objetivo foi atingindo já que foi possível, através da melhoria na inspeção, acompanhar e melhorar o processo de produção no sector de injeção.

The present report had as objectives to improve and standardize the methods of inspection in the quality by the employees of A.Henriques II.In the initial phase, the inspection process was analyzed through R & R studies, only focus in one reference. The results, as expected, were negative, who motivating the elaboration of this report. Initially, only one of the employees had the ability to inspect the reference as intended.To achieve the objectives outlined, some strategies were implemented, such as: a method of inspection based on the training to employees, so that it became more effective in the center of operations. The r esult was the creation of standard sample tables whose employees have access when they inspect the part in question.After the training phase, the same study done previously was repeated to quantify the improvement obtained. On these phase fourteen employees are able to inspect this reference.Another strategy, still focus on the inspection of this reference, was to change the flowchart of the whole process, implementing a 100% inspection in the production, being previously only a hour inspection done. This has made it possible to increase the quality of the inspection and to reduce waste in production. In the end, the objective was achieved since it was possible, through the improvement in inspection, to monitor and improve the production process in the injection sector
