With the influx of young people to enter higher education, it's important to understand what factors are inherent in an effective transition to occur and all of the subjective well-being that come with it. Numerous factors are associated with one positive adaptation, involving the personal, interpersonal and academic of a college student. The understanding of the dimensions and factors influencing the successful integration into the new context are crucial to the implementation of strategies and support for the wellbeing of university student. The present study aims to analyze all these variables in order to understand how the experiences are perceived by students and how they interfere with their satisfaction with life. The present study aims to understand the subjective well-being in college students and analyze the influence of variables related to academic experiences in subjective well-being of students.
Com a afluência de jovens a ingressar no ensino superior, é importante compreender que fatores estão inerentes a uma transição eficaz e são proporcionadores de bem-estar subjetivo. Inúmeros fatores se associam a uma adaptaçao positiva, envolvendo as dimensões pessoal, interpessoal e académicas do estudante universitário. A compreensão das dimensões e fatores influenciadores do sucesso da integração no novo contexto são cruciais para a implementação de estratégias proporcionadoras de suporte e bem-estar ao aluno universitário. Com o presente estudo pretende-se compreender o bem-estar subjectivo em estudantes universitários e analisar a influência das variáveis relacionadas com as vivências académicas no bem-estar subjetivo dos estudantes.
