Com intuito de estreitar vínculos com as dinâmicas da Psicologia Organizacional no âmbito profissional e adquirir novas capacidades técnicas, iniciei a 18 de setembro de 2023, um estágio de 8 meses na empresa MC Sonae. Este estágio, integrante do programa de mestrado, desempenhou um papel fundamental como oportunidade prática de aprendizagem. Este relatório tem como objetivo descrever e analisar de forma crítica toda a experiência vivida ao longo destes 8 meses, fazendo a conotação entre as atividades realizadas com a teoria aprendida ao longo de todo o curso e mestrado de psicologia.Ao longo do relatório irei focar a minha análise em três vertentes fulcrais. Primeiramente, irei analisar o contexto organizacional da empresa onde exerci o meu estágio. Nesta primeira parte, irei abordar tópicos como a história, a missão e valores da empresa, apresentação da estrutura organizacional e das equipas que fiz parte ao longo do estágio. De seguida, irei analisar e descrever as atividades realizadas durante o estágio, descrevendo as principais áreas de atuação e contextualizá-las com os conteúdos teóricos aprendidos ao longo do mestrado. Por fim, o objetivo será realizar uma avaliação individual e abrangente de todo o estágio, refletindo sobre as competências e conhecimentos adquiridos, destacando os pontos fortes, as áreas de melhorias e mencionar, de forma breve, as contribuições oferecidas pelo meu estágio à organização.O relatório é concluído com algumas considerações finais, que abordam o percurso de aprendizagem alcançado e as contribuições do programa do mestrado, quer para o desenvolvimento profissional, quer para o meu desenvolvimento pessoal.

In order to strengthen my links with the dynamics of organisational psychology in the professional sphere and acquire new technical skills, on 18 September 2023 I started an 8-month internship at MC Sonae. This internship, part of the master's programme, played a fundamental role as a practical learning opportunity. The aim of this report is to describe and critically analyse the whole experience over these 8 months, linking the activities carried out with the theory learned throughout the psychology course and master's degree.Throughout the report I will focus my analysis on three key aspects. Firstly, I will analyse the organisational context of the company where I did my internship. In this first part, I will cover topics such as the company's history, mission and values, a presentation of the organisational structure and the teams I was part of during my internship. Next, I will analyse and describe the activities carried out during the internship, describing the main areas of activity and contextualising them with the theoretical content learned throughout the master's degree. Finally, the aim will be to carry out an individual and comprehensive evaluation of the entire internship, reflecting on the skills and knowledge acquired, highlighting the strengths, areas for improvement and briefly mentioning the contributions made by my internship to the organisation.The report concludes with some final considerations, which address the learning path achieved and the contributions of the master's programme to both professional and personal development.
