Abstract

A gestão da mudança organizacional para a sustentabilidade é um campo emergente no contexto das IES, sendo a UC um exemplo dessa tendência. Os conhecimentos decorrentes da Psicologia Organizacional são úteis ao sucesso das estratégias de sustentabilidade organizacional, porém, há uma transversal falta de oportunidades para a influência estratégica destas áreas nestes contextos. Este relatório reporta o desenvolvimento do estágio curricular de Emília Anacleto no Gabinete para o Desenvolvimento Sustentável (GDS) da Universidade de Coimbra (UC), que visou, além do desenvolvimento profissional, exemplificar como a Psicologia Organizacional pode ser integrada na gestão de mudança em prol da sustentabilidade organizacional, contribuindo para o desenho e implementação deste tipo de estratégias. O relatório inicia-se com uma análise do Sistema Ação, que inclui considerações pela UC como um todo, pelo GDS e pela mudança organizacional em prol do desenvolvimento sustentável que fundamentou o presente estágio. Posteriormente as atividades desenvolvidas são comparadas com o plano de estágio e articuladas com teoria relevante. As tarefas desenvolvidas incluem-se nos seguintes domínios de atividades desempenhados: análise documental, elaboração do relatório anual de sustentabilidade de 2022, produção de outros relatórios gerais de reporte, desenvolvimento e participação num estudo, representação da UC em redes dedicadas ao desenvolvimento sustentável, apoio à definição estratégica e dinamização de ações promotoras de sustentabilidade. Finalmente, é feita uma análise global do estágio, que considera alguns desafios enfrentados e sua superação e as competências relevantes para o Diploma Europeu de Psicologia adquiridas.

Organizational change management for sustainability is an emerging field in the context of HEIs, with UC being an example of this trend. The knowledge from the Organizational Psychology field is useful for the success of organizational sustainability strategies, however, there is a transversal lack of opportunities for its strategic influence in these contexts. This report describes the development of Emília Anacleto's curricular internship at the Office for Sustainable Development of the University of Coimbra (UC), which aimed, in addition to professional development, to exemplify how Organizational Psychology can be integrated into change management in favor of organizational sustainability, contributing to the design and implementation of this type of strategies. The report begins with an analysis of the Action System, which includes considerations for the UC (as a whole), the Office for Sustainable Development, and the organizational change towards sustainable development that underpinned this internship. Subsequently, the activities developed are compared with the internship plan and articulated with relevant theory. The tasks carried out include the following areas of activity: document analysis, preparation of the 2022 sustainability report, production of other reports, development and participation in a diagnostic study, representation of the UC in networks dedicated to sustainable development, support to the strategic definition, and promotion of sustainability actions. Finally, an overall analysis of the internship is made, which considers some challenges faced and how they were surpassed, and the relevant skills acquired for the European Psychology Degree.
