Abstract

The curricular internship for Higher Education students, specifically for finalists, is one of the most important stages of the training process. It is often the first link between academic and professional life, allowing the student to be inserted in the labor market, experiencing and learning new skills that may be fundamental to their future. The present report is a way to expose and reflect about this stage, carried out during the second year of the Master in Organizational Psychology at the Faculty of Psychology and Education Sciences of the University of Coimbra. Under supervision of both a faculty advisor and the chosen host entity. The organization Team Building – Formação e Gestão Comportamental was the chosen company. This is presented with a framing of its structure, according to Mintzberg's approaches, in addition to mentioning the services, values, mission and vision provided by it. Following the description of the activities developed during the internship is divided into three domains and topics: content creation, training cycle, and team building. All related to a theoretical background, especially learned in the Master's program. Then there is a global analysis of the internship, with criticisms and suggestions regarding the tasks experienced. The phases experienced are described, highlighting positive and negative points, obstacles, and overcoming obstacles. The competencies of a psychologist developed and acquired during the internship are highlighted. Finally, the conclusion exposes reflections and the interconnection between the contents of the curricular units of the master's program and the activities carried out in the internship; and the soft skills visualized. It also informs the perception of how the Covid-19 virus pandemic has affected and influenced the academic journey. In addition to expressing my opinion on what skills and teachings will be transferred to the future as a professional.

O estágio curricular para estudantes do Ensino Superior, especificamente para finalistas, é uma das etapas mais importantes do processo de formação. É, muitas vezes, a primeira ligação entre a vida académica e a profissional, permitindo que o aluno seja inserido no mercado de trabalho, experienciando e aprendendo novas competências que podem ser fundamentais ao seu futuro. O presente relatório é uma forma de expor e refletir sobre tal etapa, realizada durante o segundo ano do Mestrado em Psicologia Organizacional na Faculdade de Psicologia e de Ciências da Educação da Universidade de Coimbra. Sob supervisão de tanto um orientador da faculdade quanto da entidade de acolhimento optada. A organização Team Building – Formação e Gestão Comportamental foi a empresa escolhida. Esta é apresentada com um enquadramento da sua estrutura, de acordo com as abordagens de Mintzberg, para além da menção dos serviços, valores, missão e visão proporcionados por ela. No seguimento de descrição das atividades desenvolvidas no estágio é dividido em três domínios e tópicos: criação de conteúdos, ciclo de formação e team building. Todos relacionados com um embasamento teórico, especialmente aprendidos no Mestrado. Depois, há uma análise global do estágio, com críticas e sugestões quanto às tarefas experienciadas. É descrita as fases vivenciadas destacando pontos positivos e negativos, obstáculos e superações. São evidenciadas as competências de um psicólogo desenvolvidas e adquiridas no estágio. Por fim, a conclusão expõe reflexões e a interligação entre conteúdos de unidades curriculares do mestrado e atividades realizadas no estágio; e as softs skills visualizadas. Informa também, a perceção sobre como a pandemia do vírus de Covid-19 afetou e influenciou o percurso académico. Além de exprimir a minha opinião sobre que competências e ensinamentos serão transferidos ao futuro como profissional.
