This work verses the problem of the disregard of the legal entity of commercial companies and intends to analyze the jurisprudential and doctrinal evolution in relation to this subject. Special emphasis will be given to the inconveniences that the institute generates, offering the analysis of a new jurisprudential tendency that reflects the repairs that I will enumerate and that must operate at the time of its application. Since this work deals with a subject where there is a multiplicity of understandings, it is relevant to study all those that reflect the predominant understanding in Portugal and have influenced my research. Este trabalho versa sobre a problemática da desconsideração da personalidade jurídica das sociedades comerciais e pretende analisar a evolução jurisprudencial e doutrinal em relação a este tema.
