Abstract

Começo por reflectir sobre a relação entre terceiro sector e emprego no que toca à dissociação entre a centralidade do trabalho enquanto estruturador da cidadania e das identidades e o emprego disponível. Discuto a emergência da popularidade do termo de empreendedor social como sintomática das transformações contemporâneas quer no que se refere à emergência de novos problemas sociais quer aos novos modos de resolver essas questões sociais. Oriento esta comunicação para dois aspectos que emergem nas discussões sobre o empreendorismo social. Um relacionado com o papel das políticas públicas na promoção do empreendorismo social, outro voltado para a gestão interna das organizações, discutindo em especial as especificidades desta e os desafios que se colocam relativamente à sua profissionalização.
