Motivos, actitudes y estrategias de aprendizaje : aprendizaje motivado en alumnos universitarios

Abstract

Se pretende evaluar los factores asociados al aprendizaje motivado de los alumnos universitarios. Mediante una escala Likert se evalúan metas, actitudes, motivos, así como condiciones, estrategias e implicación en el estudio para determinar cuáles son los rasgos que diferencian a los alumnos más motivados frente a los menos motivados. La muestra, aleatoria estratificada proporcional, es de 938 alumnos de la Universidad de Huelva. Entre los resultados destacan como rasgos diferenciadores del aprendizaje motivado en alumnos universitarios: las metas cognitivas, sociales y de tarea, una actitud ante el aprendizaje orientada al éxito, una atribución de éste a sí mismos, y unos motivos para estudiar relacionados con el trabajo futuro. También destacan por ser competentes en el estudio, combinar capacidad de trabajo individual y trabajo en equipo, usar más las estrategias de aprendizaje, e implicarse en el estudio.
