Abstract

[ES] Con motivo del llamado «Plan Experimental de Pesca de Arrastre»(SUAU, 1967; SUAU, LARRAÑETA y SAN FELIU, 1965) y de los estudios sobre la pesca de arrastre en las costas de la provincia de Valencia (LARRAÑETA, 1966), hemos tenido ocasión de desarrollar una continua labor investigadora mediante arrastres experimentales, la mayor parte de ellos referidos a pruebas de selectividad. Puede decirse que las pruebas de selectividad son casi inexistentes en el Mediterráneo, por lo que dada la diversidad de especies, propia de este mar, y la gran variedad de fibras y redes en el mercado actual, hemos tenido necesidad de una amplia gama de experimentaciones para obtener un conocimiento efectivo sobre la pesca de arrastre.
