Abstract

[ES] Se realiza un estudio de 65 yacimientos distribuidos en 14 cuencas continentales terciarias en la Península Ibérica. El resultado es la presencia de, al menos, 18 especies pertenecientes a, al menos, 6 familias y 6 órdenes de Teleósteos: Un probable (2) Esocae Indetec. Cyprinidae (Cypriniformes), Characidae (Characiformes), Bagridae (Silurifornies), Cyprinodontidae (Cyprinodontiformes), Gobiidae ((Gobiiformes) y Perciformes basales dc familia indet. y Centropomidae (Perciformes). En la actualidad sólo quedanrepresentantes de los géneros Barbus, Rutilus, Leuciscus (Cyprinidae) y Aphanius (Cyprinodontidae) de la paleoictiofauna Terciaría conocida.

[EN] Sixty-five fossil beds are studied from fourteen Tertiary continental basins from the Iberia Peninsula. Eighteen species from six families and orders are presented: Probably (2) Esocae indet., Cyprinidae (Cypriniformes), Characidae (Characiformes), Bagridae (Siluriformes), Cyprinodontidae (Cyprinodontiformes), (Gobiidae (Gobiformes) and basal pereiform from family indet. and Centropomidie (Perciformes). Recent represenlatives from Tertiary fish record inelude speciesfrom Barbus. Rutilus , Leuciscus (Cyprinidae), and Aphanius (Cyprinodontidac).
