Abstract

Los estudios de la Escuela de Filología Española adquirieron interés por América a medida que la labor de la Junta para la Ampliación de Estudios llevó a varios de sus miembros a desarrollar una parte importante de su labor docente y de su investigación en los países hispanohablantes, a los que consideraban «aliados de pensamiento».
