Abstract

[ES] Permite evitar los efectos adversos de la resistencia térmica de contacto existente entre las regiones de nanohilos (30) y la zona de calefacción, consiguiendo así optimizar su rendimiento y eficiencia. Este dispositivo termoeléctrico está formado por una estructura (1) planar termoeléctrica, enteramente basada en silicio y compatible con tecnología CMOS, que presenta redes de nanohilos (30) de silicio fabricados a partir de técnicas de nanofabricación y distribuidos según "arrays" o matrices, estando dichos nanohilos (30) conectados térmicamente en paralelo y eléctricamente en serie. Procedimiento de fabricación de un dispositivo termoeléctrico que emplea la técnica del haz de iones focalizados (FIB) para fabricar nanohilos de silicio con una intercara rugosa. El dispositivo termoeléctrico está formado por una estructura planar compatible con tecnología CMOS, que presenta redes de nanohilos de silicio distribuidos según "arrays" o matrices, estando dichos nanohilos conectados térmicamente en paralelo y eléctricamente en serie.

[EN] The invention relates to a method for the production of a thennoelectric device that uses the focused ion beam (FIB) technique to produce silicon nanowires having a rough interface. The thennoelectric device is fonned by aplanar structure compatible with CMOS technology, having networks of silicon nanowires distributed in arrays or matrices, said nanowires being thennally connected in parallel and electrically connected in series.
