The distribution of the larval stages of the members of the Palaemonid family present in the ria dc Vigo in N.W. Spain is studied. The highest abundance of larvae of all species occurs in August, the most abundant being Palaemon adspersus and P. serratus. The larvae of these species are found mainly in the top 0.5 m of water in straits or inlets of the ria.
