[ES] El presente trabajo describe el estado actual de la administración electrónica en España en lo que respecta a la gestión del agua, a través del análisis de los sitios web de los organismos españoles que poseen competencias en esta área. Los organismos que se han tenido en consideración han sido: ministerios (Administración General del Estado), consejerías de las comunidades autónomas, confederaciones hidrográficas y empresas públicas o mixtas dedicadas a la gestión de los recursos hídricos. Finalmente, se describe el Sistema Español de Información Sobre el Agua, Hispagua, como una iniciativa de las administraciones públicas como herramienta de libre acceso que aglutina la información sobre el agua existente en España.
[EN] The analysis of Spanish websites involved in water management provides an overview of the present situation of Spanish E-government in this area. The websites considered belong to national, regional and local administrations with responsibility for the management of water resources. As a case study, Hispagua, the Spanish information system on water resources is described. Hispagua is a free-access portal covering all information relevant to freshwater in Spain.
