La gestión municipal del patrimonio cultural urbano en España

El planteamiento esencial de esta tesis doctoral es el de situar al gestor municipal en las tareas de protección de la ciudad histórica. Conforme a un análisis conceptual y a la investigación de los textos jurídicos se busca extraer propuestas de mejora de la administración del patrimonio cultural urbano en el contexto municipal.

The essential approach of this thesis is to place the municipal manager the task of protection of the historic city. According to a research and conceptual analysis of legal texts seeks to draw up proposals for improving the administration of urban cultural heritage in the municipal context.
