Abstract

Un viaje reciente a la República Dominicana me ha permitido comprobar el enorme esfuerzo cultural que se viene desarrollando allí en estos últimos años y del que considero que hay que dejar constancia por lo espectacular de sus logros. A partir del año 2002 una serie de decretos gubernamentales fijaron los nuevos reglamentos de la Academia Dominicana de la Historia y del Archivo General de la Nación, que han permitido un vuelco en sus fines y actividades
