[EN] We have studied 61 bluefin tuna, Thunnus thynnus (L.), obtained in Barbate (Cádiz), South Atlantic coast of Spain. Their size was between 180-230 cm 41 were used for electrophoretic study of Hb and 20 electrophoretic studies of myoprotein. [...]
