Los campamentos romanos de El Mouru (Grau-Miranda, Asturias) en la vía de La Mesa

Abstract

Se presentan dos castra aestiva recientemente descubiertos en las montañas del centro de Asturias. Se describen las evidencias constructivas conservadas para los dos recintos, así como las amenazas que ponen en peligro su conservación. Estos dos campamentos se sitúan junto a la vía de La Mesa, ruta de especial importancia en época romana que atraviesa la Cordillera Cantábrica. Por último, señalamos posibles líneas interpretativas que puedan contextualizar históricamente la cronología y funcionalidad concreta de estos yacimientos a partir del análisis territorial de su entorno.
