Abstract

[EN] The paleosuccession of vegetal assemblages of the Carboniferous Coalfield of Henarejos (Cuenca) is analized, being supported in the corresponding lithological sequence. These are defined clearly in two types of biofacies: a fluvial and a lacustrine one. The evolution from one to another achieves gradually by a lake of limited extension, which finally is converted into a lacustrine zone of great size, in which the higro- and mesozone biomass, allow the formation of a great !ayer of coal. Later, geological conditions made the paleobiotipe to change to the original fluvial characteristics. They are appointed for the first time in this location and in Spain: Pinnularia capillacea Lindley & Hutton and Annularia asteris Bell, being, also, this last specie, for the first time named in the Stephanian.
