Abstract

[ES] El objetivo de este estudio es evaluar la variación de las características sensoriales y nutritivas del grano con interés para la mejora en dos variedades relevantes de Galicia (Noroeste de España), como son la judía común "galaica" y la judía "riñón", que se conservan en la colección de germoplasma de la Misión Biológica de Galicia-CSIC (Pontevedra, España). Estas variedades se clasificaron taxonómicamente en grupos homogéneos usando el método aglomerativo y jerárquico UPGMA y representándose visualmente por un dendrograma.

[EN] The objetive of this study is to evaluate the variation in some quality traits of seed with interest for breeding in two relevant varieties from Galícia (Northwestern Spain), "galaica" and "riñón", maintained in the germplasm collection al the MBG-CSIC (Pontevedra, Spain). Relationships between these varieties are shown by using a dendrogram carried out by UPGMA cluster analysis.
