Abstract

[ES] La presente invención se refiere a unas cintas, capas o láminas superconductoras con una densidad de corriente crítica y a su método de fabricación basada en la deposición química de sales metalorgánicas sin flúor mediante impresión de chorro de tinta bajos unas condiciones de rampas de temperatura y presión específicas que hacen que la velocidad de fabricación sea de hasta 1000 nm/s. Además, la presente invención se refiere al uso de dichas cintas, capas o láminas como componentes superconductores de equipos.

[EN] The invention relates to superconductor tapes, layers or sheets with a critical current density, and to the production method thereof, which is based on the chemical deposition of metal-organic salts without fluorine by means of ink-jet printing under specific pressure and temperature ramp conditions that set the production speed at up to 1000 nm/s. The invention also relates to the use of said tapes, layers or sheets as superconductor components of equipment.
