Trasllat de la promesa de Caterina, viuda de Jaume Puig de Sils, batlle natural del delme de Sils, ara càrrec ocupat pel seu fill Miquel, a Jordi Raffart, prevere i obtentor d'un dels cinc beneficis presbiterals fundats per la difunta Ermessenda de Cartellà, i als altres clergues obtentors dels dits delmes, d'aplegar fidelment i lleialment el delme de Sils i de conservar la senyoria útil mentre tingui, per raó d'hipoteca, el dret d'administració de tots els béns de l'herència del marit per dot d'esponsalici i altres drets
