Convergencia uniforme de las series de Fourier

Abstract

Este trabajo estudia la convergencia uniforme de las series de Fourier y su relación con la regularidad de una función. Partiendo de los núcleos de Dirichlet y Fejér como herramientas fundamentales, se analiza cómo el grado de suavidad de una función determina el ritmo de decrecimiento de sus coefcientes y, en consecuencia , el tipo de convergencia de su serie. Se demuestra que, bajo condiciones sufcientes de regularidad, la serie de Fourier converge uniformemente a la función original. Asimismo, se introduce el papel de las medias de Cesàro como forma de alcanzar la convergencia uniforme en casos donde la serie clásica presenta difcultades. El trabajo se complementa con ejemplos que ilustran distintos comportamientos, proporcionando una visi´on integral de las capacidades y limitaciones de la aproximación mediante series de Fourier.
