The present intervention project is focused on the launch of an initiative in which it is intended to develop the training of people with ASD in the labor market, a practice that almost does not currently exist in our country. Through this employability project, a detection of the barriers that exist in the organizations with which we are going to work is carried out, we carry out and individualized work itineraries for each of the participants and we carry out various training actions, highlighting among them the improvement of Psychological Capital and of its four dimensions, a discipline that proposes to focus on the positive qualities of people instead of focusing on negative aspects like what traditional psychology has done (Seligman and Csikszentmihalyi, 2000). It is in this context that Positive Organizational Behavior (POB) emerges, which generally contemplates the study and application of positive psychological strengths and capacities that can be measured, developed and managed effectively to improve job performance (Luthans and Youssef -Morgan, 2017).
