Intervención en Bienestar subjetivo y Corresponsabilidad

Abstract

This research has the interest to improve the co-responsibility and the subjective well-being of the women working on a small business consultancy with four workers. Nowadays, we know it will be harder for worker women have higher levels of well-being if it continues existing the traditional maternal and paternal role. Then it is necessary a change which will influence to the subjective well-being of the women workers and it will achieve a real equality that benefits the entire society. Because of we spend so much time in our workplace, therefore it is especially important organisations commit to projects guarantee equality plans with co-responsibility, and contribute to increasing the happiness and well-being of their workers in some way and, moreover, investing a happier society. To achieve our objective in order, we are proposing an intervention based on well-being and co-responsibility for six months. The intervention will be based; on the one hand, on the need for online and self-administered training on the subject. On the other hand, there will be an experiential workshop with all the participants in a group. The project will be applied from a positive and dynamic viewpoint to have a greater impact on women workers.
