Control del miedo partiendo de los ambientes de trabajo

Abstract

El miedo es uno de los problemas más comunes entre los alumnos y alumnas dentro de la etapa de educación infantil. En la infancia surgen miedos relacionados con la etapa madurativa y aprendizaje del niño/a. Trabajar y tratar el tema del miedo ayudará su posterior control y superación. El miedo es uno de las emociones más presentes dentro de los primeros años del aprendizaje de los más alumnos/as, por ello, tratarlo a lo largo de la etapa de infantil determinará su posterior desarrollo. A través de dinámicas propuestas a lo largo del proyecto, los alumnos/as experimentaran mediante actividades lúdicas sobre este sentimiento con la finalidad de aprender a reaccionar delante de situaciones adversas las cuales les creen desconfianza y temor. Los ambientes de libre circulación serán un punto de partida para tratar el miedo debido a que este cambio de rutina les causa verdadero temor. La gestión y control del miedo serán los objetivos principales de este proyecto, además del reconocimiento de las diferentes emociones y su autorregulación.
