Abstract

El propósito de este proyecto fue elaborar una propuesta de mejora para optimizar las fortalezas personales de los empleados de la empresa “Ohana” aumentando sus bajos niveles de bienestar y desempeño, medidos previamente por el cuestionario PHI y por la herramienta HERO en la subescala intra y extra rol. Contando con un total de 2.340 trabajadores, de los cuales 550 (220 hombres y 330 mujeres) participarían en el programa. El proceso consistiría, primeramente, con un pre-test del cuestionario VIA-IS de Seligman y Peterson, en el cual se medirían las fortalezas personales de cada sujeto, para en función de los resultados, llevar a cabo una intervención positiva durante cinco meses. A través de las técnicas adecuadas se optimizarían sus fortalezas superiores (gratitud, perdón y compasión, belleza, optimismo, mente abierta, liderazgo, inteligencia emocional, perspectiva, valor, crecimiento y prudencia) y menores (perseverancia, curiosidad, vitalidad, espiritualidad, humor, honestidad, pensamiento crítico, amabilidad, creatividad). Una vez ejecutado el programa, se realizaría un post-test para comprobar su eficacia y un feedback con los empleados, reflejando con un informe sus experiencias y aportaciones al respecto. Para finalizar, se realizaría el post-test del PHI y la HERO.

The purpose of this project was to create an improvement proposal to optimize the personal strengths of the "Ohana" company in its levels of well-being and performance, measured in the PHI questionnaire and the HERO tool in the intra and extra role subscales. Counting with a total of 2,340 workers, of which 550 (220 men and 330 women) participated in the program. The process would consist, first, of a preliminary examination of the VIA-IS questionnaire by Seligman and Peterson, in which the personal strengths of each person would be measured, for the function of the results, to carry out a positive intervention for five months. Through the techniques they optimize their superior strengths (perseverance, curiosity, vitality, vitality, spirituality, spirituality, humor), honesty, critical thinking, kindness, creativity). Once the program was executed, a post-test was conducted to see its effectiveness and a comment with the employees, reflecting a report of their experiences and contributions in this regard. Finally, the post-test of PHI and HERO will be carried out.
