Abstract

Current society is deep into the era of media convergence, an increasingly essential connection which is manifested through transmedia narrative. Nowadays, this link between different media is crucial, and this is what leads us to classify and research said phenomenon. The spectator take on a participatory role and assume a bigger relevance in the narrative. The audience goes from being a consumer to content producer and thus, they create their own stories, which have a narrative synchrony between them. The present research work analyses the expansion of the narrative world carried out by the audience, not only have they consumed the cultural product, but they have created all kinds of content around the interactive movie of Black Mirror. If we take Bandersnatch as a reference, we can appreciate the way the story is expanded from one media to another and how the fans are an active part of this action.
