Curs: 2018-2019 En la jurisdicción militar se han llevado a cabo reformas para establecer el acoso sexual como delito, ya que anteriormente no se definía como tal y actualmente hay una gran cantidad de casos. Casos que ponen en alerta a la sociedad entera, incluso a la misma legislación militar que se nota anticuada, a causa de estos casos y la regulación pertinente de las leyes disciplinarias y penales militares, se crea un Protocolo de Actuación a favor de la víctima. Este protocolo viene apoyado por organismos fundamentales, el Observatorio de la vida militar y las unidades de protección frente al acoso, en él se tratan las dos posibles vías de denuncia apoyado por la UPA, el manual de buenas prácticas. Las medidas sancionadoras fundamentales en las que se basa el protocolo son la Ley 8/2014, del 4 de diciembre, de Régimen Disciplinario de las Fuerzas Armadas y la Ley Orgánica, 14/2015, del 14 de octubre, del Código Penal Militar. Gracias a los informes del observatorio de la vida militar se pueden contrastar los diferentes tipos de estadísticas y estudios de la totalidad de casos a lo largo de diferentes años, también se plasma las diferentes denuncias y procedimientos de acoso sexual y por razón de sexo, la evolución de la mujer en las fuerzas armadas y la comparación de efectivos militares diferenciados en hombres y mujeres. In the military jurisdiction reforms have been carried out to establish sexual harassment as a crime, since previously it was not defined as such and there are currently a large number of cases.Cases that put the entire society on alert, including the military legislation itself that is outdated, because of these cases and the pertinent regulation of military disciplinary and criminal laws, a Protocol of Action is created in favor of the victim. This protocol is supported by fundamental organizations, the Observatory of military life and the units of protection against harassment, it deals with the two possible ways of denunciation supported by the UPA, the manual of good practices. The fundamental sanctioning measures on which the protocol is based are Law 8/2014, of December 4, of Disciplinary Regime of the Armed Forces and the Organic Law, 14/2015, of October 14, of the Military Penal Code. Thanks to the reports of the military life observatory, different types of statistics and studies of all the cases over different years can be contrasted, the different complaints and procedures of sexual harassment and sex, the evolution of women in the armed forces and the comparison of differentiated military personnel in men and women.
