El empleo en graduados universitarios

Abstract

El trabajo se centra en el análisis de la situación de los estudiantes matriculados en el Grado en Relaciones Laborales y Recursos Humanos. Consiste en analizar las diferencias del sistema educativo español en lo que se refiere a títulos universitarios y formación profesional superior. El centro del presente trabajo son los estudiantes del Grado en Relaciones Laborales y Recursos Humanos, ¿qué piensan de su futuro? ¿Encontrarán empleo fácilmente? ¿Encontrarán empleo relacionado con el grado? Para llevar a cabo el estudio, formularé una encuesta dirigida a 45 estudiantes del grado que tengan entre 18 y 25 años y provengan de módulos superiores y de bachillerato. También veremos qué hacen la universidad y la Administración Pública para fomentar el empleo de jóvenes estudiantes Una vez realizadas las tareas anteriores, mi objetivo es extraer una conclusión para posteriormente ofrecer un programa o proyecto de mejora que pueda minimizar el problema de empleabilidad del alumno, a través de un sistema de prácticas más efectivo y duradero, así como la inclusión de una nueva asignatura que capacitará a los estudiantes para que puedan aumentar sus habilidades a fin de encontrar un trabajo más fácilmente.

The present study focuses on the analysis of the situation of students enrolled in the Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources. It consists in analyze the differences of the Spanish educational system in terms of university degrees and higher professional training. The importance of this work are the students of the Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resources, What do we think of their future? Will they find employment easily? Will they find employment related to the degree? To start the study, we will formulate a survey addressed to 45 students of the degree who are between 18 and 25 years old, and come from higher and upper secondary modules. We will also see what the university and the public Administration do to improve the employment of young students. When the previous tasks have been made, my objective is to built a conclusion to later offer and improvement project that could minimize the student’s employability problem, through a more effective and lasting system of practices, as well as the inclusion of a new subject that will train students so that they can increase their skills in order to find a job more easily.
