Treball Final de Grau en Relacions Laborals i Recursos Humans. Codi: RL0947. The socialeconomical changes have created a paradigm in the importance of the workers health for their work perfomance and organization. The study of the organational and psicosocial and it¡s relation with the workers health, in nothing new but it's importance and recognition that it has acquired in the last years (EU-OSHA, 2002; Houdmont y Leka 2010; Leka y Houdmont, 2010; Näswall, Hellgren, Sverke, 2008). This has created that now a days it is not completely developed and expanded. That's why, in the methology of this study I have decided to carry out a study of cases in the Aplicaciones Malilla, S.L company to demonstrate what types of psicosocial risks can be exposed.
