Seguridad TIC y menores: medidas de prevención

Abstract

El presente trabajo pretende un acercamiento al análisis de los peligros que para los menores representa el uso y abuso de las Tecnologías de la Comunicación y de la Información en los tiempos presentes. Todo ello desde el punto de vista de la Criminología, abordándose los tipos delictivos de mayor incidencia en este campo para desembocar en la reacción social que la Política Criminal ofrece, esto es, en las herramientas de prevención existentes, ofreciéndose una visión crítica de las mismas acerca de su eficacia a la hora de ofrecer una protección eficiente de los derechos fundamentales de los menores.

The present work aims to an approach to the analysis of the dangers that children use and abuse of the technologies of the communication and the information in the present times. All of this from the point of view of Criminology, addressing the criminal types of higher incidence in this field into the social reaction offered by the Criminal Policy, that is, in existing prevention tools, offering a vision criticism of them about their efficacy in providing an efficient protection of the fundamental rights of minors.
