Abstract

El presente Trabajo Final de Máster, trata de resumir, lo que ha sido el cursado del Máster de Psicología del Trabajo, de las Organizaciones y en Recursos Humanos. Este Máster trata de preparar a los estudiantes, como profesionales competentes en las materias de Psicología del Trabajo, de las Organizaciones y en Recursos Humanos. El Máster, en su orientación profesional que es la que se ha escogido en este caso, contiene un conjunto de asignaturas relacionadas con la Salud Ocupacional, la Psicología Organizacional Positiva, el cambio organizacional a través de prácticas organizacionales saludables y otras técnicas e intervenciones orientadas a gestionar los Recursos Humanos de manera mejor y más eficiente. El desarrollo del mismo, incluye una aportación teórica sobre conceptos relacionados con la Psicología del Trabajo y la gestión de los recursos humanos, pero es importante destacar las aportaciones prácticas que los diferentes profesores de ámbito profesional en activo, añaden a las distintas asignaturas cursadas. En el presente trabajo se efectúa un análisis de las competencias adquiridas y de los conocimientos aprendidos a lo largo del desarrollo del Máster.

The present Final Master's Work, tries to summarize, what has been the course of the Master of Work Psychology, Organizations and Human Resources. This Master's Degree seeks to prepare students as competent professionals in the areas of Work Psychology, Organizations and Human Resources. The Master, in his professional orientation that is chosen in this case, contains a set of subjects related to Occupational Health, Positive Organizational Psychology, organizational change through healthy organizational practices and other techniques and interventions aimed at manage Human Resources in a better and more efficient way. The development of the same, includes a theoretical contribution on concepts related to work psychology and human resources management, but it is important to highlight the practical contributions that the different professors in active professional field, add to the different courses taken. In the present work an analysis of the acquired competences and of the knowledge learned during the development of the Master is carried out.
