Abstract

Due to the great social alarm the criminality among young people causes, my work will consist in finding out and getting to know which are the behaviour disorders and see if these involve a criminal conduct. After this, I will explain which are the risk factors thet, being present in the social and family environment, can make the minor commint a crime to reduce them and prevent the minor from committing a crime or reoffending. My work will also consist in seeing what is the answer that Spanish justice gives regarding this commission of crimes depending on the age of the minor, if the minor is under 14 or from 14 to 18 years old. To finish, I will explain the techniques, measures and objectives that professionals follow to intervene with the purpose of getting to reeducate the minor and, also, show a model of prevention to avoid the these minors to become criminals.
