El Español como lengua extranjera: Inglaterra

Abstract

Para comprender mejor este estudio, es necesario analizar una serie de factores que afectan a a la enseñanza del español dentro del sistema educativo inglés. En este trabajo, analizaremos qué cambios sociales han habido en Inglaterra durante los últimos 15 años en cuanto al estudio de lenguas extranjeras dentro de este país y diferenciaremos varios aspectos que justifican la creciente necesidad de implementar el español como lengua extranjera en Inglaterra. Sabremos por qué ahora se ha vuelto tan necesario dentro de Inglaterra el estudio de otras lenguas, entre ellas el español, motivo que ha propiciado que lleguemos a la situación actual en la que se encuentra Inglaterra, en particular y el Reino Unido en general. Conoceremos, también, cómo es actualmente el sistema educativo británico y lo compararemos con el sistema educativo español, viendo los puntos en común que tienen ambas sociedades. Por último, veremos cómo y quién enseña español dentro de las escuelas británicas, siendo este el último de los apartados que trabajaremos en este trabajo.
