Abstract

Tout au long de cet article, nous étudions les années au cours desquelles l’ancien bailliage du Templiers a Caravaca est devenu l’ordre de Saint-Jacques pour concession du roi Alphonse XI, les premières décennies, très difficiles pour toute l’Europe par le développement ravage de la peste et, puis la période d’acquisition du domaine de cet ordre militaire sur une section de la frontière est toujours actif comme Caravaca, se prolonger et stabiliser le district administratif de la ville, pour finir le XIVe siècle avec le succès de l’intervention dans le fortresse de Maître Don Lorenzo Suárez de Figueroa.

A lo largo de este trabajo se estudian los años en los que la antigua bailía templaria de Caravaca pasó a la orden de Santiago por concesión del Rey Alfonso XI, las primeras décadas, muy difíciles para toda Europa por el asolador desarrollo de la peste y, seguidamente el periodo de consolidación del dominio de esta orden militar sobre un sector de la frontera siempre activo como fue el de Caravaca, consiguiendo ampliar y estabilizar el alfoz de la villa, para finalizar el siglo XIV con la acertada intervención en la fortaleza del maestre don Lorenzo Suárez de Figueroa.
