Abstract

O artigo socializa os resultados de uma pesquisa sobre a educação permanente no Sistema Único de Assistência social-SUAS, na região metropolitana do RS. Situa a educação permanente, a partir de pressupostos teóricos, como sendo um processo desencadeado por experiências vivenciadas pelos profissionais nas situações de trabalho no SUAS, diante das contradições presentes nesse contexto. As análises são apresentadas a partir de uma perspectiva dialética, cujas reflexões apontam uma possível agenda de educação permanente no SUAS, construída coletivamente pelos sujeitos participantes desse processo de investigação.

Article socializes the results of a survey on Continuing Education in SUAS in the metropolitan area of RS. Situated permanent education from theoretical assumptions as a process triggered by experiences of the workers in work situations no Suas, given the contradictions in this context.The analyzes are presented from a dialectic perspective whose reflections point to a possible agenda education permanent no Suas, built collectively by the subjects participating in this research process.
